ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
- Our Company does not have a validity on the products and services paid by the EnterPays payment system provided by us, and their suppliers, sellers. Our company cannot guarantee that the merchant
you are doing business with is actually completing a transaction or has the authority to do so.
- You are responsible for compliance with the applicable laws, regardless of your intended use, in your transactions relating to the use of the service you obtain from our
Company. You must also adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not use the service you purchase from our company for the following activities:
Prohibited Activities;
- Activities that violate laws, regulations, ordinances or regulations.

Acceptable Use Agreement Violations
We recommend that you report violations of this Acceptable Use Policy to Enterpays in no time. If you are unsure whether a particular process violates the Acceptable Use Policy, you can email Enterpays' AUP Compliance Department at compliance@enterpays.com.
EnterPays reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP, our Terms of Service Agreement and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with the Terms of Service Agreement and shall be effective when posted.
